ChinaAMC China Opportunities Fund aims to outperform the MSCI China Index in the long term with a focus on capital preservation in down markets. The Fund is actively managed by the Portfolio Manager and will primarily invest in China related listed equity securities (including those listed in Hong Kong, U.S., Singapore and China A-share and B-share markets), fixed interest securities, cash or cash equivalents and P-Notes.
- Investments in China A-shares may be made through the ChinaAMC (HK)’s ChinaAMC China A Share Opportunities Fund.
- The Fund may hedge up to 60% of the value of the assets of the Fund against currency risk where the portfolio manager is of the opinion that this would be in the best interests of the Fund.
- The Fund may invest up to 30% of its assets in cash or cash equivalents, typically utilised during market downturn.
- No labour standards or environmental, social or ethical considerations are taken into account in the selection, retention or realisation of investments relating to the Fund.
