The SPDR S&P/ASX Australian Government Bond Fund seeks to closely track, before fees and expenses, the returns of the S&P/ ASX Government Bond Index. The S&P/ASX Government Bond Index includes all securities in the Commonwealth Government Bond and the State Government Bond Indices. The issuer must be either the Australian Commonwealth Government or Australian State Government, Territories, and Semi-Government issuers.
