ETFS Euro Stoxx 50 aims to provide investors with a return that, before fees and expenses, tracks the performance of the EURO STOXX 50® Index. The EURO STOXX 50® Index is designed to provide a blue-chip representation of supersector leaders from the eurozone. The index covers 50 stocks from 12 eurozone countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
- The fund is not currency hedged and so offers exposure to currency exchange movements between the euro and the Australian dollar.
- Uses a full-replication strategy to track the index, meaning that it holds all of the shares that make up the index, in proportion to their weights in the index.
- Cost-effective and simple exposure to the 50 largest companies across the eurozone in just one trade, including household names such as Siemens, Allianz, LVMH, and L’Oreal.
- Diversification into one of the world’s largest equity markets.
